We educate and advise ways that you can
win your life’s fourth quarter
Do you understand that your Fourth Quarter will be much different?
There are many changes in retirement that are different from your ‘income years’. Healthcare options change, and so do the best practices for incomes and investments. That is why, we educate and advise on the strategies and changes that are best for YOU. We are first and foremost an advocacy organization that does not charge for our services and we do not make recommendations based on compensation. We are Certified Financial Fiduciaries™ who are dedicated to education and being informative first.
We also take a holistic approach and coordinate the many disparate and important issues you deal with. Financial advisors, tax advisors, estate planners, health consultants, Social Security experts, and others. Each giving separate and often conflicting advice. We can provide comprehensive strategies that integrate your specific issues and concerns.

Fourth Quarter Advisors
Meet The Team

Jack Peregrim CFF®
Founder / CEO
Jack Peregrim CFF® is the Founder and President of Fourth Quarter Advisors and this follows a long career in business and strategy including his 30 years as the Founder and President of PARAGON Development which focused on providing strategic management services to many Fortune 50 global companies.
On his retirement, he personally recognized the complexities with Social Security, Medicare, and overall retirement planning. He further saw that there is a need for objective and unbiased education where information is presented without a focus on selling services. He wants to be an advocate in educating and informing so individuals and families will understand options best for them without pressure.
Success with Fourth Quarter Advisors comes from people making decisions that have retirement income, healthcare strategies, tax savings, and other benefits without any regard to or expectation of compensation.
He knows that he has had many Blessings and his commitment is to pass along the same to others.

Rodney King CF2®
I believe retirement planning is about more than managing money. It’s about helping people understand their choices so they can make informed decisions and have confidence in the retirement they’ve worked hard to achieve.
My career began with the United States Air Force and continued for more than twenty years in the luxury goods industry, where I learned the importance of discipline, precision, and delivering at the highest standards. Today, I am a Retirement Income Certified Professional® (RICP®), a Certified Financial Fiduciary® (CF2®), with a degree in Business Operations. I bring those same principles to helping individuals navigate one of the most important transitions of their lives, specializing in retirement-income knowledge and a commitment to putting your interests first.
My decision to focus on retirement planning was shaped by my volunteer work with Meals on Wheels. I met people who had worked hard, saved, and invested throughout their lives, yet still struggled in retirement. Some outlived their savings, while others faced unexpected medical or long-term care expenses, they had never planned for. The impact often extended far beyond their finances, in some cases, people lost their homes and their financial independence. What stayed with me was that many had simply not understood the risks they could face or where to turn for guidance. I realized that helping people prepare for these decisions before they became problems could make a meaningful difference.
My approach is simple: educate first, then plan. I help people understand how decisions involving retirement income, Social Security, Medicare, taxes, healthcare, long-term care, and their investments can work together. Rather than simply telling people what to do, I believe in giving them the knowledge and perspective to understand their choices and make informed decisions.
My goal is to help you navigate your retirement with clarity and confidence, and to give you the peace of mind that comes from knowing you have a comprehensive strategic plan mapped out for the years ahead.

Leslie-Ann Lofthouse

Since joining the Fourth Quarter Advisor Team in April 2023, I’ve brought decades of administrative and client service experience to the organization. Throughout my career, I served as an executive assistant at multiple Fortune 1000 companies, including long-term roles spanning 10 to 14 years.
In addition to my corporate background, I owned and operated a property management company in Texas until Hurricane Harvey in 2017. These experiences strengthened my organizational skills, adaptability, and commitment to helping people navigate important life transitions.
I look forward to assisting you throughout your retirement financial education journey and providing support in any way I can.

Navigating Medicare and Medigap Insurance
Know Your Unique Needs
One of your largest retirement expenses could be your healthcare costs. An average 65-year-old couple retiring today will need an estimated $315,000 to cover their healthcare costs, according to one study. Unfortunately, the Medicare system can be quite complex. This leads too many retirees to overspend on healthcare expenses and receive suboptimal coverage over the span of their retirement. Don’t pay more than you should for the health services and coverage you deserve! Read this guide to learn about:
